Brisbane Psychiatry Centre’s privacy policy adheres to the relevant Australian legislative framework and is enforced strictly. We only collect information which is relevant to the service being provided to you. Your personal information is always kept private and secure. It is only shared on a “need to know” basis through secure platforms. All the people working with us have signed a confidentiality agreement and work according to the same principles. We will not share your information without your consent unless required by the law to do so or there is an emergent clinical need.

We keep the information electronically on Australian servers with multiple layers of security. There are back ups to ensure that any loss can be recovered. 

You can request the information that we hold on you at any time by making a written request. Please note that this may incur a small fee for the administrative time expended in fulfilling your request.
